the staff was very kind. they were available 24h since i had to leave the key at the reception. the hotel is located just off the metro station. it made getting into downtown easy.

the enclosed balcony area had a leak somewhere, so it collected rainwater.

the hotel is conveniently located between two metro stations on the red line. the shower had good water pressure. the staff were helpful and polite .

i noticed some street noise at night though it didn't severely impact my sleep.

I liked that the hotel location is between two metro stations. You can easily walk to the city center in about 15 to 20 minutes. nearby i found many cute cafes. the room was clean, and i noticed that it was cleaned every day, very helpful after long days of exploring.

The street was busy. i could hear traffic noises and boisterous party-goers. emergency vehicle sirens. It. next time, i will request a room away from the street to see if that helps with the sound

The reception operates 24 hours. i left my baggage both before check-in and after checking out. This was quite convenient for me. the staff ordered me a taxi for the airport for my early morning flight.

the parquet floor added a nice touch to the room, i was able to leave my luggage in a locked room after i checked out. the building is very close to the anjos metro station. a bus stop is also within walking distance.

the bed linen felt fresh and lovely to sleep on. the shower provided great hot water. my room was a good fit, it was on the bottom floor and only required climbing two flights of stairs, which i managed without problems

the staff offered friendly service. the location provided easy access to transport links. the room had daily cleaning and fresh towels were available, it felt so sweet. the room also had a mini mart.

my room felt quite small, i struggled to move with my luggage. i found the road noise disruptive. it was audible even with the windows closed and i heard sounds during the night.
